Member of the Arbitration commission at MARNET – The Macedonian Internet Country Code Top Level Domain Name Registry.

Attended ICANN 38 Brussels, ICANN 44 Prague and ICANN 50 London, ICANN 53 Buenos Aires ICANN 56 Helsinki, ICANN 57 Hyderabad and ICANN 58 in Copenhagen. Community member of SEEDIG – Euro Dig – Sub regional and Regional Internet Governance Forum Initiative’s.

• Anastas Mishev

Associated professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, UKIM, Skopje. Holds a PhD in computer science from 2009. In the focus of his research are infrastructures for collaborative computing and research, primarily Grid and High Performance Computing systems. His aim is to get these systems closer to all potential users, mainly the research communities in order to fully use their enormous potential. He researched in the areas of computer architectures and networks, software engineering, Internet technologies and e-learning. He participated in the implementation of over 30 international projects funded by TEMPUS, PHARE, DAAD and FP programs, targeting the development of IT infrastructure and IT education. He is author of over 50 scientific papers published in international journals and proceedings of conferences and held over 30 presentations at scientific conferences and workshops. He has successfully collaborated on several projects with IT industry and was hired as a consultant on internationally funded projects for improvement of the IT infrastructure and services in the country. He is a member of several associations in the field of information technology. He currently serves as the member of the board of the Macedonian Research and Education Network MARNet, representing the University Ss Cyril and Methodius.

• Boro Jakimovski

PhD, Associate professor, Vice-dean and Head of computer center at Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
He is associated with UKIM since 2000, from 2010 being assistant professor at Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and from 2011 assistant professor and head of computer center at the newly formed Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at UKIM. He has participated, in various positions (including national coordinator), in 18 international projects funded by TEMPUS, MathInd IST, FP6, FP7, H2020 and numerous domestic academic and R&D project (among them establishment of National center for Cloud and HPC). He has expertise in many fields of IT Operations, Network management and Cloud and distributed computing. Most relevant competences are Grid infrastructure manager and development and Academic Federation Identity Managementdevelopment.

• Eli Mufisovski

Ms. Mufisovski obtained a Law Degree in 1999 at the State University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She joined REACT, a not for profit organisation, fighting the trade in counterfeit goods, in 2006 when she set up the React’s Balkan office in Skopje, Macedonia. Over the years they have expanded their law enforcement activities throughout the entire Balkan region. In 2011 she was promoted to manage React’s Online Enforcement Program which has since expanded to cover online enforcement on a global level and has become one of React’s most popular and essential services for members.

• Igor Bojadjiev

Employed in the Agency for Electronic Communications (AEC) from 2001. At the moment on a position as Advisor to the Director for Radiocommunications and Monitoring of Radiofrequencies.
At this position he has participated in the adoption of the bylaws related to the determination of the quality parameters of the mobile networks in Macedonia and National Frequency Table Allocation Plan and National Plan for Allocation and Using of Radiofrequencies. Also he has participated into the drafting and adoption of the ECC Report 256 for LTE Coverage Measurements. One of the main issues of this position is to coordinate both Departments in AEC, for Radiocommunications Planning and for Monitoring of Radiofrequencies for all services in Macedonia and coordination between Macedonia and all neighboring countries. Previously, he used to work as Head of Telecommunications Department, Head of Monitoring Division-Skopje and Inspector for electronic communications. He graduated at the Faculty for Electrical Engineering in 2002 and since 2016 he holds a Master degree of regulation in energy, electronic communications and transport.

• Neda Zdraveva

Associate Professor and a Vice-Dean at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where she teaches multiple courses in the area of Civil Law. On the bachelor studies she teaches the course Law on Obligations, while on the master studies she is involved in multiple courses such as: Contract Law, Tort Law, Consumer Law, as well as Intellectual Property Law, Introduction to Intellectual Property Law and Copyright Law.

Ass. Prof. Dr. Neda Zdraveva has defended her PhD in the area of Civil Law in 2012, In 2013/2014 she carried out her post-doctoral research at the Faculty of Law, University of Fribourg, Switzerland under the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars Programme.

Ass. Prof. Dr. Neda Zdraveva has been the Secretary General of the Centre for South East European Law School Network (SEELS), ever since its establishment in 2011.

Ass. Prof. Dr Zdraveva participated in numerous projects aimed at development of the legislation and the practice in the field of Intellectual Property Law and Law on Obligations in the Republic of Macedonia.

• Nikica Kusinikova

MA, Executive Director, Association Konekt

She holds Joint European Master Degree in Comparative Local Development from the University of Trento/Italy, University of Regensburg/Germany and Corvinus University from Budapest/Hungary. Her Master thesis is on the topic of “Diaspora philanthropy as a potential resource for the NGOs in Macedonia”. Pursuing her primary vocation as BSc in Electrical Engineering she worked in the Macedonian Television. More than 18 years she works at managerial positions and as a consultant for international and local development programs. She is one of the key experts in Macedonia and in the region in the area of corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and social entrepreneurship, and she is an author of many publications and researches. Nikica is president of National council for development of volunteering, President of Local advisory group of the project TACSO and member of National coordinating body for CSR. On international level, as a contact person for Global Compact Network Macedonia, she represents the Local Networks from Eastern Europe in the Advisory group of the United Nations Global Compact. She is also volunteer member of the Boards of several Civil Society Organizations.

• Sanja Simonova

Advisor for performing operations with ccTLD and IDN ccTLD domains, supervision of the DNS system and customer support.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies.

Specialty: Informatics and Computer Engineering. Name of organization providing education – Ss. Cyril and Methodius University Skopje, R. Macedonia – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies.

Employed by Macedonian Academic and Research Network – MARnet since 2013. Mosty, work on issues related to DNS like administrative and technical support for the registrars and registrants of the domains, managing the system and implementation of new features. Part of the team that implements the GIS system of MARnet. Also responsible for part of the international communication, cooperation and memberships of MARnet.

• Sinisha Apostoloski

Employed in the Agency for Electronic Communications from 2009 at the position as Advisor for Telecommunications to Director.
At this position he has participated in the development of long-term strategic plans of the Agency, addressing specific issues related to interconnection and access to public electronic communications networks and services, and other tasks in order to develop the market for electronic communications. Prior to this position he used to work in several private companies in the position as a network engineer and system administrator when he acquired several years of work experience in management of complex IP networks, network protocols and services, implementation of network security and so on. He possess excellent communication skills, self motivation and dedication. In 2001 he graduated in the Faculty for electrical engineering in Skopje in the field of electronics and telecommunications, and since 2016 he holds a Master degree of regulation in the energy, electronic communications and transport. He holds multiple certifications in the field of management of CISCO based networks and Windows systems: CCNA, CCIP, MCSA, MCP.
